Interested in working with us? Below is how the ordering process works!


We will discuss the vision for your project, including style, budget, time frame, and preferred printing method via an email, telephone, or in person consultation.  We will also have a spec sheet for you to fill out that will assist you in making decisions along the way.  From there, an estimate and terms of service contract will be sent for your review.

Deposit & Design

Once we receive your approved estimate and signed contract, a 50% deposit will be due in order to reserve a spot in our design schedule.  We accept check, cash, Venmo and credit card payments via Paypal or Square.  Upon receiving payment, we will let you know when the design phase will be initiated and when to expect your first proof.


We will email you your digital proofs based on the concepts discussed during the consultation phase.  Since we discuss your project at length during the consultation phase, we typically can finalize your design within 1-3 proofs.  We do offer the opportunity to make adjustments to your liking and will be happy to accommodate up to 3 rounds of complimentary proof changes.  Any design revisions requested beyond that will be charged at $25 per new proof.  Once your design is finalized, we will then provide you with an expected date for job completion.


Upon receiving final proof approval, your design will go immediately into production.  Production times vary based on the print method chosen.  We will give you an estimation of production at the time your order goes to print.  Once production is complete, your remaining balance amount will be due prior to shipment/delivery.


Once final payment has been received, your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  In most cases, shipment of your order only takes 2-3 days once your package has left our studio.
